That new butterfly smell by cjwhite

That new butterfly smell

I am fairly sure this butterfly emerged from its chrysalis this morning. It made me work hard for my shots. I followed it all around the hay field. I didn't care that the grass was tall and there could be snakes. I was determined to get pics. This is the same kind of butterfly I missed earlier in the week.

It's a Great Spangled Fritillary.

Thank you for visiting my project!
Brave Carolyn, what we do for a picture when we want it. It was worth it.
