I talked yesterday about dodging spider webs and finding a snake skin. Today I came close to walking into this beauty hanging low on a wild grape vine. I have really come along way with my fear of snakes. I didn't panic one bit. I took pics with my Rebel and zoom lens. Then I got a tad braver and I got this shot with the Olympus, which meant getting close, very close to this Rough Green Snake. I was lucky it traveled up into the tree, but not out of range.
