Icicle Droplet by ckwiseman

Icicle Droplet

It was a gray day with temps in the 20s so I finally took a quick shot of a dripping icicle. I don't have a macro lens, so I used my 35 mm at f1.8. It's not perfect, but it finishes my second month! I have really enjoyed the challenge of 365 so far!
Great capture of water drop from the icicle.

Great catch! A falling droplet is no easy thing to capture, but you've managed to get two.

I've read where 12° F is about the highest temp that works for making those frozen bubbles; it gets better as the temps fall. Good luck with your future attempts.
