Borscht

Borscht is a soup of Ukrainian origin that is popular in many Eastern and Central European cuisines, including those of Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. Since we are headed to Ukraine next week, a couple invited us for dinner tonight to visit over this delicious dish about her native country. We are taking a few things in our suitcases to her family from her. Lovely evening.
