That looks a canny size, I have had a temporary large bed in for a couple of years but it was against a wall on one side. It has just come out so I can build four smaller ones for a rotational system. The first two are in there holes bot not fixed yet. I have to double dig and use a riddle on our litter strewn soil. I'll have to pick one up this wkend.
@justeddie I think its about 8' x5 ' the soil here is rubbish all clay, im hoping to grow vegetables, ive lined it and have half filled it now, but have used all my compost from last year so need to find more soil. we have such a large garden it takes no space up at all, I have placed it with a space all round for easy acces to the plants when they go in. if this works we will build more next year.
They will work, its a great system. I'm doing all my tomatoes in self watering containers this year, I have two built but I have the containers for lots more :)
