Did an indoor 5K run this morning in the local mall (2.5K laps). Felt a bit like a criminal with my ankle bracelet for the timing system but reasonably happy with my time of 33:29.
Critique/suggestions welcomed for any of my shots. I want to improve so appreciate any comments you have.
