Dancing flowers at Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. They seemed to be getting professionally filmed, but I'm not sure what this was all about.

@littleconnie Yes, Dubai is a definite melting pot of cultures - I read an article recently that said there are around 200 nationalities living there.
