4. Emotion

At the time I took this selfie, the emotion was happiness that I'd achieved my goal of finishing 5k in under 30 minutes and that I had a doughnut for a post-run sugar-rush.

Once I looked back at it, the emotion changed to amusement because of the escapee child on the track in the background! There are some runners coming round just out of shot to make their final push to the finish line
