Not the best quality as it was taken on my phone in low light, with incoming fog and over a fence! I cleaned up the smudges a bit cos my phone camera is wrecked. I'm more inclined to sunset than sunrise, but I had to be up early for a running event so I saw this one.
Critique/suggestions welcomed for any of my shots. I want to improve so appreciate any comments you have.
