This island is opposite the back of the Sultan's Palace and is covered in scrawls of ship names across the years - I saw one from a ship from 1876 (not sure if that's when it was painted mind you).
As well as the ship names, there's this word that was supposedly painted by the Portuguese (they ruled Oman from 1515-1650) that translates to "slur" - not sure of the purpose of that.
Critique/suggestions welcomed for any of my shots. I want to improve so appreciate any comments you have.
