Today was the Ironman 70.3 in Muscat. This was the winner - after swimming 1.2 miles and cycling 56 miles, he ran a half marathon in about an hour and a quarter for a total time of just under 4 hours! No time to touch the ground!
Critique/suggestions welcomed for any of my shots. I want to improve so appreciate any comments you have.
