I took this street scene shot yesterday in the middle of a very bright day. It was difficult to balance the highlights and shadows. So for the post-processing, I turned to some HDR filters to see what they would do. When I clicked on this one, it made me laugh out loud, because to me this effect looks like a 1970s tourist postcard …..
@ankers70 It isn’t Zermatt - but it’s a little village called Evolène, in the next valley. The snowy mountain in the photo is called the Dent Blanche, and the Matterhorn is about 10km beyond, but you can’t see it from there.
