I could have used this for my food challenge photo this week ;) I thought it looked a little green at first, then observed it's probably spinach noodle pasta . . . at lease some look to be.

@sitiodown It was a quick snap in my bedroom. It looked yellow SOOC so I had to play around with it, but yes, it is spinach pasta mixed in :)
