My daughter and I have been eyeing this Victorian cottage for awhile now in hopes that the owner would rent or sell. We found out last weekend that it was on the market, but has been pending sale for over a week.
It was built in 1895 and recently renovated inside with 21st Century updates. The house is about 1800 sq ft, but sits on a 5K sq ft lot, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. According to the listing, it is the "place to fall in love with". Maybe the sale will fall through? Would be nice to have a chance at it...
