I started a clean eating program today, and this is my lunch... steamed kale, tangy marinated chicken, brown rice, roasted veggies (cauliflower, mini-zucchini, and butternut squash), and black beans topped with hummus.
(I'm apologizing in advance for all of my food photos, but it's what I've been shooting lately... using my phone to share easily on the program's Instagram account. Hate to admit, but the creative side of me has been almost non-existent lately.)
