Day 8 of 100 Happy Days - My daughter has been baking with me since she was 6 years old, and has actually turned into a great cook, but she is still perfecting her baking skills. It's always a happy day when we can get together and create something yummy! So, we decided to experiment today after using Pinterest for inspiration... we took a recipe we found, subbed an ingredient, and added another one, which resulted in our newest creation: Coconut Sugar Cookies!
