Taro mochi by cocobella

Taro mochi

I discovered mochi few years ago when I've been to Japan, since... I LOVE mochi, it's soft and sweet these are my favorite, I found them in my asia market, i bought 4 boxes of 6 two weeks ago and these are the 2 last...my daughters helped me....they love them too...atavism... ;)
don't know what it is but looks good and love your picture too!

@lindseying yes, nice and good !
@stuckinoz not at all Janelle, it is just made of flour of glutinous rice and sugar, no egg, no butter, no yeast. It's very dense but very smooth and soft...I hope I gave you the envy to taste ;)

@netkonnexion thank you :)
@leananiemand thanks a lot Leana
@jwlynn64 there's no sugar, no butter....that's why ...how many points are you allowed to eat per day ? I use to eat 2 or 3 everytime I open a box !!
December 7th, 2012
I'm trying to get to 200lbs (90Kg) and I'm allowed 29 points per day. That is a little misleading because certain things that are good for you, do not have any points (Apples, Oranges, Lettuce, tomatoes, etc...) so those foods feature a lot in your meals. Fats, dairy and starches seem to be the enemy and cost you the most points (I do miss my mashed potatoes and rice dishes!).
