Mimosa

There's a huge mimosa tree by the pool in my parent's house. They use to cut it every year but it can't stop growing.
It smells so good !

These blue and yellow are just adorable! I like the cloud as a nice touch of composition. And this mimosa is so inspiring, the forecast said that a snowstorm is moving on my city, so I just hold on for your picture as for lifebuoy! :) Thanks for that!

That's incredible. I have seen the stems you can buy in the flower shop but never an entire tree of it! Wonderful photo, love the colour yellow against that big blue sky.

i have never saw one of these before! they are SO gorgeous! i wish i had one in my yard!!! what do they smell like? a sweet smell? gorgeous shot!

@kdimagery thank you :) this tree is 3 meters high and 4 meters scale.
The smell is very strong and very sweet...if you walk in the country and there are some wild mimosas you smell them before seeing them, the season lasts one month. I wish you could smell it ;) for me it's the smell of spring !

i grew up in the country but have never come across one! i dont think they grow around here. So lovely though!!!

@kdimagery in France, i think you just can find them by the Mediterranean sea, from the Cote d'Azur (East ) to Perpignan in the Pyrénées (west).
