@abhijit Thanks a lot. It's taken with my iphone5 and process with snap seed, I first add the tiltshift effect, saturated a bit more, then add a grunge layer, this app is, on my opinion, one of the best on Iphone !

@mijade merci Aurélie, c'est la mairie de Bale en Suisse, où je vis, le bâtiment date du 16s et sa dernière restauration date de quelques années à peine, le batiment est superbe: un mélange de rococo et de gothique flamboyant., avec une petite dose de kitsch !..comme on en trouve beaucoup en Allemagne aussi !! Très tape à l'oeil comme style mais tres joyeux aussi.
