Fricassée de champignons by cocobella

Fricassée de champignons

Yesterday my father cooked us a giant "fricassée" of mushrooms (5 different sorts), with garlics.

3 good things :
1- the fricassée was excellent !
2-My parents have been with us for 2 weeks, I appreciated every moment.
3-I've cooked my own "foie gras" for tonight, I've tried a new recipe to impress my mum (héhéhé), I used to cook it the way she always does..... And teached me, so we will see tonight what she thinks about it !
great lighting and textures!

Wow! That is a big mushroom! Hope your Mum enjoyed your variation of her recipe. :-) My Dad loves it when I cook but if I change a recipe he is sure to let me know he noticed.
