Yesterday we have been in the desert with a crazy guy in a 4x4....I think I died 20 times ! My daughters and husband were laughing to tears hearing my "OMG we are all going to die", " this guy doesn't know what he does" I even dare asking him if he never had a car crash, and if he was doing this for long or maybe just yesterday, I was hesitating asking him to show me his driving license but .....I didn't...
The best part was after : we have done surf on sand dunes. Less stress.
On this shot you can see far far the shadows of a mountain...I asked our guide-driver the name of it, he didn't know, I asked him if it was high, he has taken his time to reply very seriously and mysteriously : "nobody knows..."
....I think he's a man of the dunes, not of the mountain....
This is fabulous and so is your story! I'm glad you all survived! We went on a taxi ride in San Francisco like that once. I'm normally very polite and never complain but this guy was driving with a maniac and I thought for sure we were going to die. I yelled for him to slow down a few times but he didn't really listen. I did NOT give him a tip (first time ever in my life).
