At night time in the fountains of the Burj Khalifa.
We are just back from our one week holidays in Emirates, I wanted to thank you all for all the comments and fav you offered me the last week. it really makes me happy.
Our last day was bitter sweet, we had a phone call from family saying my father in law just passed away after one year of illness and souffrance, we were feeling really sad to be so far from him during his last moments. So Im leaving Switzerland tomorrow with my husband to go to the funerals in south of France, so i think no photos for me in the next days...
A beautiful image, I love the colour and the lighting. So sorry your holiday ended on such a sad note. Take care of each other over the next few days, it's always hard, even if a loved one has been ill for some time.

Absolutely lovely shot to end your holidays, and so sorry about the sad news. It is never easy to lose someone, and no matter how many times you say goodbye it is never enough.
What a beautiful shot, Corinne. FAV So sorry for your loss. It is so hard to lose someone when you are in the distance. Thoughts are with you and your family and glad you were able to make it for his funeral.
A fountain big enough to take a cruise in? That's pretty spectacular. And your photo is amazing. So very sorry about your father-in-law. Words fail me. But am surrounding you and your family with loving thoughts.
