What makes me happy #19 ?
Picking up my daughter Léa at the airport from a trip in Bulgaria.
She was there with an association for one week to build playground and equipments.
She talked non stop in the car on our way back to home : it was cold, she had snow, the food was bad, the shower was cold BUT she has given english lessons to young kids, she had a lot of fun with her friends and locals, she has painted liters of stuff....she was happy, I'm proud...she already wants to do voluntarism again next year !

That's a gorgeous shot of you & your lovely daughter! Sorry to hear that she had bad experiences in my country.. Don't know where she was but things can be much nicer here - hope she comes again & has better memories next time
@axika don't worry for the reputation of your country, she really had an amazing time there, she keeps on saying she wants to go again !
The only bad point was the food in the hotel : they were 200 kids from different countries, and they made them eat only cold dishes ( they were cold) or a lot of fried meal ( she hates) but she admitted she was not there to experiment food !
She was in Pernik, and has met teenagers from her age, gave English lessons to 10-11yo kids, they all have done voluntarism by building and painting playgrounds.... She was so proud... The group also had an article in the local newspaper ;)
