marinated scalops by cocobella

marinated scalops

What makes me happy # 28 ?
Cooking.
I've got a pretty nice collection of recipes books. Internet is very useful too.
I'm afraid of nothing.
I love eating and going to restaurant and I try to reproduce recipes, that's what happened with this recipe, after 3-4 tries I think I have found my own formula.
Mmmm, scalops are delicious. Your marinade looks very nice too.

@bill_fe of course it's easy !
A tea spoon of olive oil in your plate ( it avoids the scallops to stick) then you put your fresh scallops in the freezer 20 minutes so you can make thin slices. For the marinades : green lemon juice, a very good olive oil, red pepper, ginger in powder, a bit of fresh dill, flowers of chives, eat after 15 minutes, no more otherwise the lemon juice will "cook" the scallops too much !
