Mad day: drove 2 hours and half to have appointments with architect, workmen, solicitor, real estate agent...checked defaults....everything is almost perfect after 3 months of work... I've my keys and even found someone to rent my new apartment !
Drove back 2 hours and half and realised I didn't eat the entire day....
Oh, wow, yes, the view is what really matters....everything else is icing on the cake, as they say, but I am glad it all worked out to your satisfaction.
