Ail des ours.

That's how we call this plant : "bear garlic" in English.
In Germany they call it "bear leek".
You can it the leaves cut in tiny slices in salad, I also use the flower in salad, on fishes....
And the Germans are right it tastes more the leek tan the garlic !
