@corinnec J’en avais goûté chez des amis lyonnais , mais c’est une spécialité qui bizarrement ne s’exporte pas , pas fous c’est lyonnais, ils gardent ce petit délice pour eux ! C’est un subtil mélange de chocolat, poudre d’amande sucré et liqueur de curaçao, et c’est tellement beau !

Sounds like a perfect Valentine’s gift, but maybe they should make it red for today. I love that color though. Beautiful and delicious.

@kjarn having skimmed the French, I can confirm it is chocolate inside! Sounds like a dream with the curacao.

@kjarn yes Kathy the inside is a mix of chocolate and almond paste, but it’s hard to have the exact recipe , it’s a creation of one family in Lyon and they keep it secret so you can only find them there
