Today was hot so we have decided with my daughters, cousins and friends to rent canoes for the day and have 12 km on the river “Hérault”.
He had a well deserved meal by the river that we bought ourselves, stopped to have a dive several times and had a lot of fun.
But now my arms and shoulders are in pain ... I just want to sleep !
