reflections.

Today I drove 7 hours from Switzerland to south of France to stay with my parents three weeks. My father is having a surgery next Monday and during his stay at the clinic I will have to stay with my mother who has Alzheimer, then will stay to help them both and also because it’s my pleasure to spend time with them. They have been very good parents and super grand parents
Due to covid, we are just allowed to go out to buy food and walk the dog one hour per day ( we have much more freedom in Switzerland) so it’s going to be us and only us during 3 weeks, happily my brother and his family live in the same village, but he and his wife are doctors, so I’ll see them from far...
Fascinating colours. I hope and pray all goes well for you as it will not be easy.

What a beautiful shot. Sad circumstances for your visit but so nice that you can spend some quality time with your parents. You must be exhausted too after that long journey.

This photo is so beautiful, with the sunset on the roof and reading about your return to stay with your parents was touching. Take care of yourself and I don't know how it is near your parents, but many non food shops in the Paris region are open for at least click and collect
