@kwind we have been told it is the best period now ! Honestly it wasn't too hot, we have been in the desert where temperatures can reach 50 degrees Celsius, but for the moment it was only 35... Really bearable !
Now in Dubai it's 30 and today we had ... Rain ! Not for long, it lastingly 10 minutes, but it must be rare : people from here were taking films of the rain... A bit weird and funny for us, but it was still 30 !
I will encourage you to go, the desert is splendid, Dubai is the town of superlatives.... To see once in the life !
