I felt guilty !

I eat less and less animal products, not that I’m vegan or want to be, I just want to reduce for différent reasons, so when I had this in my plate I was a bit horrified...

@ninaganci it’s called a ”langoustine” in French that means a “small lobster” but the size is usually like a big shrimp, this one was huge !

Hmmmm......what are those little round things? Did you eat it and if you did how was it??

There are a lot of different textures to this seafood. I'm curious, also, to know what the round things on the tail are.

@jb030958 @randystreat it was thousands of eggs, tasteless on my opinion but the langoustine was delicious !
