Used unwashed ashtray at a street-food stall’s table. As a bonus, an empty packet of smokes. What a disgusting smell.

I decided to not sit there, I preferred to move away and stand up to drink the can of Coke.

I wish they were! I should’ve been more clear in my description, I do apologise.

It’s an unwashed ashtray that was left behind at a table at a street-food stall. I sat down to have a Coke and was faced with this …. beautiful, sweet-smelling ornament.

These used to be so common, now I see them so rarely. Thank goodness. But that's perhaps where I live and what I pay attention to!

So did I. Now I just cannot tolerate the smell - of the cigarette smoke itself as well as the ashtray!
