Nice rich colours, and an interesting “fish / tiger / dragon” (interpretation to choice) shape in the snow(?) at the top.

I immediately want to know what the 'white' is on the bricks, but taking that aside it is probably something on a brick wall. The way the white substance has degraded has created interesting textures. The wall looks a fairly newly built one, with minimal textural detail in the bricks.
