Renovation of historic mansion, The Battery, Charleston, SC
I was amazed to see that this entire mansion is being renovated. I remember reading about it in the paper but until you see it, it's hard to believe. It's in a prize location on Meeting Street in the heart of Charleston's historic district. The house sold last year for $4.2 million. It was built in 1846.
