There was a real craze amongst kids in the UK for these loom bands a couple of years ago (they make bracelets with them). Like most things, the phase passed. However, my neighbour gave a big box of them to my children today and it has kept them busy all afternoon, so thanks neighbours!
They still seem to be around here (NZ) .. had to laugh one night we were out for dinner and there was a couple of families with young teenagers.. and they went off to the $2 shop to buy loom bands to keep themselves occupied between the courses... love the colours..
@julzmaioro I remember my two making them when we were on holiday, by the pool or at dinner, on the plane... wherever really! @sminersphotos how funny, what a coincidence. The loom band is not dead yet! If it keeps them away from a computer screen for a bit, it's a great thing!
