We met as fresh-faced teens at uni ... and while we don't live near each other, we always gather on December 24.
These girls were my rocks when Greg died, dropping everything and they just appeared at my Mum's place to sit with me, hold me and just .... abide with me.
I love them like sisters.
...and while we all studied science at uni, (J and I going on to do higher degrees and work in the scientific field for many years) we are all now teachers: J is a high school science teacher, and L is a principal.
Oh and someone has had their hair done?
