Miss K could talk even before she was one .... and she used to shout "arsewhopper" every time she saw a grasshopper.
Kind of embarrassing when browsing the wares at a plant nursery....

(I can assure you she would not have heard the word "arse" mentioned at home.)

I love her mispronunciation! That is a great one. I've heard of kids calling fire trucks, fire _ucks, but arsewhopper takes the cake. Great capture, Amanda. Isn't it fun to have those silly things that you laugh together for the rest of your years as a family?

Great Macro. You have to love those things the kids say. We recently had to wrack our brains to remember them for our eldest daughters 21st. You think at the time you will never forget them, but those teenage years erase a few, so write them down. Lovely!
