@maggiemae@megmills@amandal@swguevin Thanks ladies - these are cooked (quick dip in boiling salt water, then straight into very cold water) fresh (ie not frozen) tiger prawns - just peel and eat! Yummy
@corymbia You read my mind :) I'm pretty sure they have to be either cooked, frozen or dipped in chemical within a very short time of being cooked (they will go black otherwise) and I don't know where to go about buying fresh ones that have none of the above. Apparently frozen isn't a bad thing? Of course, this is a photography site though, not a food one ;)
