I am missing from my family photos, so this year I am ramping up the selfie.
We take selfies each time we go walking which motivates me to walk more as I can see myself growing fitter and smiling more each day.
The selfie is very under-rated, but for me its not about ego so much as helping me to re-see myself as a person.
