Today we all slept in, had a late start after a great breakfast.
We drove to a scenic trail head and rode our bikes for 2 hours.
I think I may have started to suffer from heat stroke. I was sweating profusely, my face was reder than red and I was so nauseated. We found some shade and I drank several liters of water. Once back to the truck we stopped at the snake pit tavern and I had 2 more huge glasses of water. Starting to feel better. Im in Walmart parking lot posting my blip then back to the campsite for some relaxing...
