Today we were suppose to have a horrible winter storm. Governor Jay Inslee declared it a state of emergency for Washington as winter storm arrives and brings several inches of snow with it.
So far things aren't bad. We however live at a higher elevation and have a lot more snow than town. Driving out of our driveway is probably the the most difficult area as of now.
The girls had early release today so we sat around and played board games.
Lexi is learning how to play the violin in school so she brought it out and taught us all how to play. ( at least as much as she has learned)
I brought out my flute and piccolo. I played both 5th through 12 grade. My instruments and myself are both not in any shape to play at this time. I haven't taken them out of their cases since 1975.
