~Happy Birthday Lexi~

Today Lexi turned 11. She asked her parents if she could skip school and spend the day with me.
We started they day off at the local donut shop again. Twice in one week for me.
After we got the other kids to school we went home and wrote out 10 things to do for the day on tiny pieces of paper and put them in a bowl. There we drew out all 10 and read them. Not that it mattered because we did exactly what she wanted today. That included going to a pet store and looking, Going to Hobby Lobby where she bought some white tennis shoes to paint. The mall was next, then out for lunch.
When we got home she painted her shoes and I painted some rocks.
Lexi says she had a great day and I hope she did. Her Dad made her her favorite dinner so they all headed home.
