hooray! our little friend is back. I was so worried he/she had deserted us after we cut down her favourite branch. This is a Pittosporum tree which offers much denser shade than the Gum tree and we have left out a container of water in this extreme heat.
oh yes I can see by the face that it's the same koala. I'm thinking she, but not certain yet. I'm so glad she has forgiven and returned, I think of her a lot! FAV
@aglennc nice to hear from you Anita. We are indeed very lucky to have koalas visit our garden. We live fairly close to bushland and have a couple of large gum trees in our garden of the variety that they like to eat. Glad you are able to see them in the zoo.
@huvesaker we have to contend with kangaroos jumping out in front of cars if you are in the bush and its dusk or early morning. they can do a lot of damage to the car and themselves too of course
