after landing at Heathrow at 5 am we were at our son's place by about 7.30. I was longing for some breakfast as the food on the plane was not so good this time. We then hit the ground running and went into central London to hop on the open top bus to see the sights. Although we have been here a few times we had not seen Lodon this way before. We also had a ferry ride on the Thames and a train ride home. Too busy to feel any jet lag after not having slept for about 36 hours!
