Historic Belair Railway Station

This railway line was opened in 1883 and Belair Railway Station, 21.4k from the city of Adelaide allowed passengers to travel up to the cool hills area and to visit the National Park. The long shed in this picture was built to accommodate the crowds waiting for the steam trains back to Adelaide. The building in the main picture is the signal box
