how inviting

This agapanthus caught my eye and obviously that of the bee. I have never seen so many petals on one flower head before. You can see in the background the little flower head has about 6 petals whilst this one has around 20!

Such a pretty flower! And a bee too. Well captured

Maybe all that bee-siness helps the petals. Beautiful photo! +fav

thanks heaps for the favs. Much appreciated. I couldnt believe how lucky I was that the little bee saw the flower at the same time as me.

thanks for taking time to comment. I was intrigued how one of the little flower head had so many petals and then to get a bee as well was just perfect. Most gardens around where I live have Agapanthus growing as its impossible to kill and makes a lovely show
