heading into the dust by cruiser

heading into the dust

on our way to Broken Hill we ran into strong winds and blowing dust. For a while it was so thick we could hardly see the car in front. Fortunately it didint last for long and we travelled the 500km in about 6 hours. Bit of reflection from windscreen but no time to stop and get out of car.
fabulous shot of the conditions!

I agree with Margo, very Australian. Glad you didn't get out of your car in a dust storm, don't want to bugger the camera with dust.

Who would want to get out and take a shot with sand blowing around? I'm glad you stayed in the car. Nice travel shot!

@onewing I am sure it would have really wrecked the camera it was so windy

@olivetreeann thanks Ann

@leananiemand thanks Leana, we certainly had to be careful to keep our distance from the car in front. You wouldnt have wanted to be on a push bike!!
