Boscawen Park, Truro. by cutekitty

Boscawen Park, Truro.

Not quite sure what this represents as there is no notice. I think it is a nod back to when the Truro river was a bustling thoroughfare into the city's harbour and port which in times past went right into the city centre. These would have been sailing ships and (I think) this represents their masts.....(of course I could be totally wrong).....:)
what an amazing sculpture
