Nature's Artwork. Here are two shots from our trip to Antelope Canyon. We were truly blessed to get to hike the Lower Antelope Canyon. These are guided hikes through an absolutely amazing slot canyon. I was lucky that our guide let me carry my tripod and take pics. This canyon is on Navajo Nation land so it is all run by the Native Americans. I highly recommend this hike if you are in the Grand Canyon area.
Really glad you got to experience this gem of a place. I was there on a photographer's tour in 2014 if I remember correctly, and I still tell people that the tour was the most exciting and tension-filled experience I have had as a photographer. Our guide would stop the people from walking on both sides of 6 of us photographers for only 90 seconds at a time. Just about all the time while you are adjusting your tripod, focus and composition for the shot, someone somewhere is muttering just loud enough for you to hear, telling you to hurry up, asking who we think we are holding up progress .... OMG! Fantastic.
