My Years Stash

I canned salsa for couple of days. It's such a labor intensive process. I went through 100 pounds of tomatoes to come up with these 44 quarts. This should meet my needs for the next year.

@koalagardens, I cheated and bought bulk canning tomatoes. It is so much easier to get all the tomatoes at once.
